Eyelid Surgery [Blepharoplasty]
Facelift, composite neck lift and upper blepharoplasty

A woman in her early 50s particularly concerned with advanced ageing in her neck and jowls as well as asymmetrical upper eyelid skin excess. Requesting a natural ‘un-operated’ result.

A composite necklift was performed with jowl liposuction and graduated facelift to blend into a natural result given how much excess neck tissue had to be taken up. Bilateral upper eyelid blepharoplasty was performed also to create more even upper eyelid creases and address the heaviness in them especially laterally.
