Kevin Ho (Plastic Surgeon) I studied Medicine at Sydney University and after graduating worked at Royal North Shore Hospital. Then having spent time in Sydney and country NSW as a Senior General Surgery Trainee, I was fortunate enough to be offered a Senior training position in Plastic Surgery. After completion of Specialist Plastic Surgery Training, I pursued further interests of Aesthetic (Cosmetic) Surgery in the United Kingdom and Microsurgery in Asia. Now a consultant Plastic Surgeon at both major Eastern Suburbs Hospitals: St Vincent’s and Prince of Wales, I enjoy my clinical work as well as teaching and charitable trips to the Third World. Teaching for me takes many forms from lectures to Medical Students at University to being the Director of Plastic Surgery Training at Prince of Wales Hospital whereby Senior Plastic Surgery Trainees are guided through their final years of Training prior to becoming an independent Specialist Plastic Surgeon. As part of this Directorship, I sit on the New South Wales Committee for Plastic Surgery Training that carries the responsibility for helping select and train our future generations of Plastic Surgeons. My other clinical passion is charitable work in the Third world. I dedicate at least two weeks a year to work as an Interplast Surgeon. This is predominantly in the Philippines where I perform facial reconstructive surgery on children. The return I get from this experience is beyond measure and keeps me grounded. I maintain my expertise by also keeping abreast of worldwide developments in Plastic Surgery and attending both Domestic and International Courses and Conferences. My philosophy has always been to deliver the best natural results I possibly can. This comes about for me through a strong foundation in training and a continual pursuit of knowledge and excellence. For my patients, this is achieved through an individually tailored plan in a safe, caring and experienced environment. Please refer to my accreditations, should you require further information.

Rowena (Administration) I come to the practice with nearly 25 years of administrative experience. Having worked in a wide variety of executive support roles, I have a keen eye for detail and a genuine love of organisation. Ensuring consistent and quality background support to The Practice, I believe that this is paramount in providing outstanding service to each and every patient.
Christine (Medical Receptionist) I have worked both publically and privately in the medical industry for over 20 years and have extensive experience and an in-depth knowledge of hospital and practice procedures, with a genuine understanding of patients’ needs. I am often the first point of contact on the telephone or in person. I co-ordinate important aspects of hospital bookings and administration for Dr Ho. My passion and enthusiasm for patient care makes me an invaluable part of the team. I liaise closely with our team to ensure you will receive the best of care both before and after your surgery.

Dr Sam Koch (Anaesthetist) I am a Specialist Anaesthetist with over 12 years’ experience. After graduating from Medicine at Adelaide University in 1998, I completed Specialist Anaesthetic Training at St Vincent’s Hospital in Sydney. Currently, I have appointments at numerous private hospitals and day surgeries. I am also a dedicated member of staff at the Prince of Wales and Sydney Children’s Hospital, Randwick, where I provide anaesthetic services for a wide range of surgical specialties, as well as, paediatric surgery. I am actively involved in the education of our trainees and medical students both in operating theatres and, also, in my role as a member of the Perioperative Medical Unit. Outside Australia, I have interests in health care in the Third World and have volunteered for missions providing anaesthesia for children undergoing facial reconstructive procedures. I am a member of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists and an active participant in their Continuing Professional Development Program.
Dr Natalie Rogoff (Anaesthetist) I completed my Medical and Anaesthetic training in South Africa and gained recognition as a Specialist Anaesthetist in Australia in 2007. I have 17 years of experience across all fields of Anaesthesia and have focused on sub-specialty areas of interest, including Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Neuro-anaesthesia, Paediatric Anaesthesia and ENT. I enjoy a healthy balance of both Public and Private work, and have had the privilege of working in both the Third world and First world settings. For the last decade, I have been employed as a Specialist Anaesthetist at Prince of Wales and Sydney Children’s Hospitals. In addition to my clinical roles, I have the pleasure of being the Supervisor of Advanced Anaesthetic Trainees at these major teaching hospitals. This allows me to influence the safety and quality of the next generation of Anaesthetists, while simultaneously maintaining my own knowledge and skills. I regularly attend both regional and International Conferences to ensure I am abreast of current and future trends. I am committed to delivering a patient-focused, quality experience and believe firmly in maintaining a very professional and friendly bedside manner. As a doctor and a mother of two children, I understand the anxiety and fear that may accompany surgery and anaesthesia. Together with Dr Ho’s accomplished team, my goal is to guide you through your procedure in the safest and most comfortable manner.
